Three ex-college buddies unable to adjust to adulthood look to relive the good old days by starting a slipshod fraternity near their alma mater.

Beanie, Frank, and Mitch, best friends since college, are men at a crossroads in their lives: Beanie pines for the wilder exploits of days gone by, Frank struggles with his marriage, and Mitch loses his nymphomaniac girlfriend to the scourge of infidelity. Determined to set themselves straight through the magic of recaptured youth, the pals set up their own fraternity at their old alma mater, bringing a panoply of societal castoffs together under one roof as they look to avoid eviction at the hands of a vindictive Dean of Students all along the way.
