ABSTRACT
Michael Douglas is Oren Little, a stereotypical aging realtor more enamored with his impending retirement than the well-being of those around him. When his estranged son unexpectedly plops a nine-year old granddaughter he'd never known about down on his doorstep, however, narcissistic Oren is forced to expand his horizons, ultimately coming to embrace his new responsibilities after first attempting to saddle feisty neighbor Leah with his burden.
