A reindeer disfigured by a glowing red nose is ostracized by the others in his pack. Based on the song by Johnny Marks (sung here by Burl Ives), with extensive embellishments by Romeo Muller. Made-for-TV stop-motion animated Christmas special which originally appeared on The General Electric Fantasy Hour and has become a perennial favorite. Minor variants exist.
