A teenage secret agent goes undercover at a prep school to befriend a scientist's daughter.

Cody Banks, an everyday teen working undercover as a super-slick CIA agent, is trained in the ways of his employer's operations by attractive mentor Ronica Miles. Cody's training leads him to an important mission posing as a student at an upper-crust prep school, doing so to befriend the daughter of a scientist unwittingly developing world-endangering technology for a clandestine organization. Earth's continued stability is on the line as Cody puts his acquired skills to the test, working to save the day and win the heart of the young woman at the heart of his mission.
