ABSTRACT
Local legend in the humdrum town of Summerset dictates that an immortal witch appears around the "Season of the Equinox" once a year to purge the community of an inhabitant against their will. When young Amanda Drake goes missing without explanation one night in the present day, a group of area teenagers eager to impress their friends set out to investigate the time-worn myth, soon receiving much more than they'd bargained for when they ultimately discover the truth about the witch in question.
