Sequel to Step Up (2006). Andie is the "new girl" at Baltimore's Maryland School of the Arts, struggling to put her old life on the wrong side of the tracks behind her as she looks on towards a promising career as a professional dancer. Love blossoms when Andie crosses paths with elite dancer Chase, looking for his assistance in winning Baltimore's greatest underground dance contest while helping her classmates make the best of their abilities along the way.
