Investigating a strange noise outside, divorced toy manufacturing executive Scott Calvin witnesses a man dressed as Santa Claus fall from the roof of his two-story house to the ground; in his dying moments Santa hands Calvin set of instructions. Great Christmas comedy which spawned two lesser sequels.
