Kim M. Wardlaw

AKA Kim Anita McLane

Born: 2-Jul-1954
Birthplace: San Francisco, CA

Gender: Female
Race or Ethnicity: Hispanic [1]
Sexual orientation: Straight
Occupation: Judge

Nationality: United States
Executive summary: 9th Circuit Court of Appeals

[1] As listed in the Federal Judicial Center. Wardlaw is a blonde with European features, with Mexican-American mother and Scotch-Irish father. Were it not for her official designation by the Federal government as hispanic, we would not have listed her as such. See Amelia Hansen (Daily Journal Staff Writer), "Wardlaw Cut a Fast Track to Center of 9th Circuit", Ms. JD, 8 February 2007. Hansen states that Wardlaw's mother (an accountant) was born in the US to Mexican parents, contrary to other published reports that her mother was a immigrant from Mexico. As both families opposed the marriage, it is probably safe to assume that both of the mother's parents are Mexican, and Wardlaw is indeed 50% Mexican-American by blood.
