[1] Homicide via gunshot, at the CCC Club on 8 Mile Road in Detroit. It is not clear yet if this incident will be charged as a murder. DeShaun was involved in a barfight in which he fired the first shot, which struck Keith Bender, Jr. in the head. A cousin of Bender, bouncer Mario Etheridge, then fired four shots at DeShaun, including a head shot which likely killled him at the scene. He was pronounced dead on arrival at St. John Conner Creek, at approximately 4:30 AM local time. Bender later died of his injuries.
