Late Night with Conan O'Brien

TELEVISION PROGRAM

Late night talk show, broadcast from 1993 to 2009 on NBC. Created when David Letterman, host of Late Night with David Letterman moved to CBS. In June 2009, Conan O'Brien was moved to The Tonight Show, succeeding Jay Leno, who was given a talk show in prime time. Barely six months later, poor ratings saw Conan ousted from the Tonight Show, replaced by Leno, the previous host. Succeeded by Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.
