Great period film about the life and times of oil fighters who were stationed out of Texas, but flew all over the world to put out fires, literally. The major actors: John Wayne, Jim Hutton, Vera Miles, and Katherine Ross played their parts well as real life folks just trying to make a living, keep a business going, and having fun along the way. Nice lighthearted romantic comedy, and some drama.
