An architect's discovery of a remote that permits its owner to fast-forward and rewind through life leads to unintended consequences.

ABSTRACT
Michael Newman, an overworked architect desperate for quality time with his family, happens upon an eccentric Bed Bath & Beyond sales clerk named Marty who claims to have invented a universal remote capable of quite literally controlling the universe. What seems to be a blessing from Heaven when Michael finds himself able to fast-forward through undesirable moments turns disastrous when the remote develops a mind of its own, however, as Michael soon learns a lesson about willingly missing out on all his life has to offer.
