Tracey Ullman features in this NC-17 John Waters offering as Sylvia Stickles, an uptight, middle-aged Baltimore woman who changes from "prude" to prostitute in striking fashion when she is hit on the head with a lawnmower one day. Eager to exploit her newfound outlook on life, Sylvia meets up with sexual healer Ray Ray Perkins, agreeing to serve as his twelfth apostle of sex in a bawdy romp taking her down through her town's sexy seedy underbelly.
