Danny Madigan, a New York City kid just a little bit too into action movies, receives a special ticket which pulls him into the cinema screen itself. Danny finds himself in the midst of an Arnold Schwarzenegger blockbuster, where physics has different rules; one of the screen villains, a Mr. Benedict, works out what's going on and plots to enter the real world. While it bombed financially at the box office, Last Action Hero is actually a highly original, smart satire.
