Woody Allen flick follows the romantic misadventures of a pair of married couples.

Alfie and Helena, an aging married couple, divorce after Alfie runs off to pursue a tryst with a call girl, leading Helena to abandon all reason and seek spiritual advice from fortune teller Cristal. At much the same time, daughter Sally runs into relationship trouble with husband Roy, sending the pair down a similarly-regrettable path that leaves all involved parties feeling varying measures of remorse for their actions.
