Adam and Emma, two young adults living and working in Los Angeles who have been friends since summer camp back when they were kids but struggle to keep in touch, unintentionally run into each other one night when a drunken and depressed Adam hooks up with Emma after scanning his cell phone's directory for available women. From there on out, they find themselves struggling to remain "sex friends" without tinkering with the challenges and nuances that accompany a deep and meaningful relationship.
