ORGANIZATION

"AASP is a nonprofit and nonpartisan organization promoting the well being and human rights of unmarried individuals, couples, parents, and families. Through the print and broadcast media, as well as through our website, AASP seeks to end marital status discrimination in the workplace, in the marketplace, and in taxes and other public policies and programs. We advocate for all 82 million unmarried adults in the nation, whether they live alone, with a partner or roommate, or are single parents, or live with relatives."
