He talked about his high school memories in Michael Moore's Bowling for Columbine. Parker and Stone met while both were attending the University of Colorado at Boulder. They invented Stan, Cartman, Kyle and Kenny for a 1995 cartoon Christmas card called The Spirit of Christmas, which featured a fight between Jesus Christ and Santa Claus. The video led to an offer from Comedy Central, to create South Park. On the show, Stone primarily voices Kyle Broslofski and Kenny McCormick. The character of Kyle is allegedly based on Stone. Parker does Stan Marsh and Eric Cartman.
