Among his other roles, he played Agent 44 on the 1960s sitcom Get Smart, and he had a supporting role in a quickly-cancelled 1990s sitcom, The Family Man, playing Gregory Harrison's father-in-law. He did TV commercials for dozens of products, and had his longest run as spokesman for Cortaid anti-itch cream and OnCor frozen foods. Molinaro was present for a Happy Days reunion special in 1992, but declined to participate in a 1993 Odd Couple reunion or a 2005 Happy Days reunion.
