Jacoby has been wrong about a lot of things. He has been asked to testify to Congress about the domestic threat of Anthrax and Iraq's WMDs. During the invasion of Iraq, Jacoby made sure Ahmed Chalabi's Iraqi National Congress (probably a front for Iranian intelligence) was well paid for providing information about insurgents. Addressing the collosal intelligence failures of the US war effort, Richard Perle called for the resignations of both CIA Director George Tenet and Jacoby. So far, Jacoby has weathered the storm.
