A petty criminal becomes a partner in a genius scientist's plans for a massive caper involving his shrinking technology.

ABSTRACT
Small-time thief Scott Lang's attempts at a straight life following his release from prison go sour when he agrees to one last big score with ex-cellmate Luis; discovering a fantastical shrinking suit inside a safe believed to be filled with riches, a confounded Scott is arrested on his way out. Unwittingly drawn into a scheme helmed by suit inventor Hank Pym, Scott must master the suit's shrinking abilities to thwart Hank's rival's evil plans and guarantee his own freedom.
