An American general, hero of the Vietnam War but court-martialed after a failed mission in Burundi, leads a revolt against the disrespectful warden of their maximum security military prison. The actors do their best with the preposterous and illogical script; at some point during the action, inmates produce an 30-foot-tall trebuchet seemingly from nowhere.
