Three Brooklyn police officers working unrelated jobs cross paths during the same grisly operation.

Tango is an undercover Brooklyn cop, frequently used and manipulated by his peers; Sal is an amoral Catholic detective, willing to commit heinous crimes to earn quick cash for his family; Eddie is his precinct's oldest cop, looking on towards his impending retirement. The New York Police Department's Operation Clean Up brings these three characters, each occupied by their own troubles, together as they deal with drug-related crime in one of Brooklyn's worst precincts.
