Important but short-lived Parisian literary journal, 1927-30 and 1932-39, founded by Eugene Jolas, his wife Maria Jolas, and Elliot Paul. It published the likes of Gertrude Stein, Ernest Hemingway, Archibald Macleish, etc. Twenty-seven issues were produced.
