Writers: Warren Coleman; John Collee; George Miller; Judy Morris

Keywords: Comedy

A young penguin unable to sing in a kingdom thriving on music expresses himself through dance.

ABSTRACT
Deep in Antarctica exists a colony of emperor penguins enamored with music, so much so that every young person is expected to possess natural singing acumen and a "Heartsong" to call their own. Enter Mumble, a little guy without singing ability nor a "Heartsong" who curiously excels at tap dancing, embarking on a coming-of-age journey that sees him channeling his alien artform into a kinship with a wide variety of animals.
