David Arquette is best known as the bumbling rookie cop in the Scream franchise. He met wife Courteney Cox on the set of Scream, they were a couple by Scream 2, and they wed before filming Scream 3.

Arquette's great-grandfather was a vaudeville star, Gus Arquette, and his grandfather was Cliff Arquette, who played the decrepit comic "Charlie Weaver" on Hollywood Squares in the 1970s. His parents and siblings are all performers as well.
