ABSTRACT
Remake of Planet of the Apes (1968). Near future-dwelling astronaut Leo Davidson suffers a freak accident during a routine mission to a space station, falling through a wormhole leading to a planet filled with talking apes ruling over primitive humans. Trapped in this strange world with no evident means of escape, Leo forms an alliance with liberal-minded chimp Ari and a number of insurgent humans to confront their overlords at a forbidden temple and learn secrets behind the disquieting mystery.
